We want you to love your Teddy Swims apparel, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated; simply download and print it to prepare your package.
Package and Ship
Place your items securely in the original packaging, attach the shipping label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
